LUXURY TENTED ACCOMMODATION
Riders will be staying in whimsical teepee tents with lux camp furnishings, fresh white linen and plush down duvets
Each rider will receive a unique Ride the Cape Merchandise Kit to the value of R1500
Expect brilliant live entertainment throughout the weekend to further set the mood.
Each rider receives a welcome pack at registration along with a ride guide with all the need-to-knows.
WELL DESIGNED ROUTES
Riders get to enjoy breathtakingly beautiful routes, some of it only allowed to be ridden during the event.
All event meals from Friday lunch to Sunday lunch is included in your entry.
All beverages for the duration of the event comes complimentary with your entry.
Trained medical personnel en route to handle any emergencies that may occur.
EN ROUTE SUPPORT
Staffed water points serving everything from water to warm pancakes! Backup shuttle at designated points to assist should you not be able to ride any further.
Each participant and companions receives a unique handmade souvenir made by local artists.

How are we keeping you safe?
We are outdoors! We are in a very fortunate position to be in the outdoors and this allows us to incorporate social distancing.
Screening on arrival: All participants will be screened at the venue entrance.
Sanitising stations across the venue.
Various seating options and chill zones. Social distancing friendly.
Each team or couple will be provided with their own Glamping Tent.
All e-bike riders are welcome. E-Bikes will be charged from the backup generators. Please note generators will be switched off at 21:00 daily. Please plug in your bike as soon as you finish your ride.

Yes, companions are very welcome. They can share a luxury tent with you and will enjoy the whole experience with you.
Yes, but only until 1 February. (March event) and 1 October (November event) Thereafter clothing orders are placed and no changes can be made.
Clothing sizes are selected during the online entry process before checking out and paying.
Please note that a new substituted participant will receive the clothing size of the initial outgoing participant.

Our routes are very well marked but you’re welcome to ride with a GPS as we have route maps to download.
No, Cherry Glamping has quality white linen in a comfortable and luxurious tent with tasteful furniture and attention to detail.
It’s always a good idea to have your medical aid card with you. Although signal is not always available, it is wise to take your phone with you.
Even though this is a glamping village power is still restricted as the venue runs on solar power and backup generators.
There are usb charging facilities for cellphones in all tents however please bring your own chargers.

Organising such an event has many challenges and can’t be left to the last minute. The refund policy schedule is based on certain suppliers that have been paid leading up to the preparation of the event.
Every aspect of the event is meticulously planned and synchronised with suppliers, partners, medical staff , entertainers, photographers, catering staff and assistants who need time to adapt to date not even taking in account the financial aspect, whereas most of these parties have been paid in advance to ensure their services. Without these key people and planning we cannot host a safe and enjoyable event.
- All substitutions made are charged at R50 per rider.
- Refunds up to 90 days prior to the event will be refunded at 75% of entry fee.
- Refunds up to 60 days prior to the event will be refunded at 50% of entry fee.
- No refunds 60 days or less before the event date.
- Entries are transferable until 14 days prior to the event. (If you do a substitution your substituted participant will receive the merchandise size that was selected on your original entry)
*Entries can’t be transferred to the following year.
*No Exceptions including medical conditions and infectious diseases.

Substitutions can be done at an admin fee of R50 per substitution.
Either team member can enter the substitution application details.
Please do not assume the substitution is complete until payment has been made and the Substitution Confirmation email has been received. All team participants including the race organiser will be notified of substitutions.
Substitutions will receive shirts as ordered by original entry.
